Hiking - Auphelle to Nedde

Starting from Auphelle, this 17 km fourth stage of the GR® de Pays Monts et Barrages en Limousin will lead you to Nedde, in the heart of the Montagne limousine.

For the first few kilometers, the trail follows the lake shore, offering beautiful panoramic views of Vassivière Island. It then moves away to progressively delve into nature, winding through forests, moors, and wet valleys, across the 'alvéoles', a typical relief form of the Montagne limousine. Along the way, the tranquility of the landscapes becomes palpable.
 Upon arrival, the picturesque village of Nedde welcomes you, rich with its preserved heritage.
