Hiking - Around the Plainville Maquis

This circuit invites you to remember a moment in history. That of the Plainville maquis: a maquis of the French internal Resistance formed during World War II at the place called Plainville, in the commune of Marolles-les-Buis (in the Eure-et-Loir department).

You will ascend the Vinette valley and follow the old Brou-La Loupe railway line (closed to passengers in 1938).
