Hiking - Long Lake and Rond Lake Loop of the Muandes

Between mountain streams, rhododendrons, and alpine flora, this family-friendly and unmissable loop in the Upper Clarée allows you to discover two lakes nestled at the edge of the world, offering breathtaking views of the Cerces massif.
This day-hike route rises easily through alpine pastures to reach Long Lake, then Rond Lake, before descending via the GR57 along the Brune torrent, which leads to the Drayères refuge.
This hike, very popular in summer, causes degradation of vegetation near the path. We kindly ask you to remain on the main trail.
