Hiking - Chavardet - Roisey No. 2

Take the trail towards the hamlets of La Combe, le Marthouret, and then Berger. Before crossing the stream, notice the beautiful standing stones lining the path.

Continue towards La Fory (beautiful view of the village, the Rhône valley, and the Alps.

At Beautin, turn left towards the old quarries. This forest track climbs steadily up to and around the Pierre Juton plateau. You will reach the hamlet of Chavardet le haut. After the hamlet, take the trail branching off to your right.

After a steep climb, the trail joins a forest track, which you take to the left (by turning right and then taking the path on the left, you can reach the Oeillon forest road in 800 m). At Les Combes, follow the Route des Ollagnières and trail No. 1, which leads back to the village.
