Hiking - Circuit of Lake and Col de Néal

In search of high-altitude lakes and lush meadows, at the gateway to the Durance Valley.
On the border between the Durance and the Queyras Regional Natural Park, this hike will take you to discover an authentic spot in the Hautes-Alpes. Little known to hikers, Lake Néal is worth the trip, with its emerald water edged by small white flowers called cottongrass. A magnificent view of the Écrins will reward your final efforts at the Col de Néal.
