Hiking - Col des Muandes

Between alpine pastures and mineral landscapes, dotted with lakes, the vast and green Muandes valley stretches out before your eyes, surrounded by ridgelines and the Rocher de la Grande Tempête. Almost lunar in appearance, the pass offers a remarkable view of Mont Thabor.

In July and August, the D 301t is closed to traffic upstream from Névache from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.: shuttles are mandatory (information at the Tourist Office), with a departure every 20 minutes.
