A deep dive into nature on the banks of the Bès

A beautiful loop trail that descends to the right bank of the Bès, following the river as it widens into the southern end of the Grandvals hydroelectric dam reservoir. All along these beautiful paths, you'll be treated to wide-ranging panoramas, with views alternating between the Bès gorges and the surrounding mountain ranges, from the Monts du Cantal to the Margeride.

Please call the Fournels tourist information office or the Albaret le Comtal town hall to check the water level and conditions of the Bès river, as the route follows its banks.
