Hiking - From One Gardon to Another

Beautiful hike around Pic d'Arbousse offering stunning panoramas over the French valley, Mont Lozère, and the Gardon de Saint-Jean valley.

Along the route, directional posts guide you. The names of places and/or directions to follow are indicated in bold italics and in quotes in the description below:

Start from "Saint-Jean-du-Gard - Tourist Office", head towards "Pic d'Arbousse" via "St Jean - Museum", "Arbousse" and "Les Théronds". Then head towards "La Teule". From there, do a round trip to "Pic d'Arbousse" (descend to the viewpoint, below the peak). From "La Teule", return to "Saint Jean du Gard" via "Arbousse" and "St Jean - Museum".
