Hiking - L'étang de Marchaud

This route explores a landscape characteristic of the Haut Livradois, with coniferous forests, lakes, and streams, featuring beautiful traditional farmhouses. It follows the largest lake in the Livradois, of biological and scenic interest, formerly developed by the Casadéens monks. The route has been impacted by forestry work; the markings may be intermittent. Please carefully follow the trail.
