Hiking - La Croix du Pal (short loop via la Barthe)
A balancing act of a hike on the ridge between the Monts d'Aubrac and the Causses
Slightly shorter than the full loop, this ascent offers views over the Causses and the Aubrac. The trail transitions from the ridge path to a pleasant return journey following the Caldeyrac stream.
During the grazing season (from June to October), it is strongly advised not to bring dogs as the trail crosses summer pastures. At the very least, they must be kept on a leash.
