Hiking - Trahant Forest

Originally, the area of L'Hermitière commune was entirely covered by Trahant Forest, a significant woodland known as the Sylva Pertica; a remnant of the ancient Percheron forest. This trail alternates between forest sections and lovely viewpoints overlooking the surrounding fields and pastures.
This trail is accredited by the French Hiking Federation. However, exercise caution after point 8 (refer to the 'step-by-step instructions') as a signpost is missing, warning of the junction of two trails.
