Hiking - La Herse

Starting from the heart of Bellême, discover a picturesque forest route, featuring the Herse pond and its miraculous spring at the halfway point.
This trail is certified by the French Hiking Federation (Fédération Française de Randonnée pédestre).

Enter the woods of the Bellême national forest. Halfway along the trail, the Herse pond is a perfect spot for a well-deserved break before you discover the Herse spring and the remains of the old railway line.

Watch out for the D 938, before step 5 and between steps 6 and 7.
