Walking - Lac de Pramol: an easy walk from Les Karellis

Fancy a family outing in the great outdoors? Have some free time? The discovery trail winds through the forest to Lac de Pramol, a peaceful, mirror-like lake nestled amongst the conifers.

Nestled between the Karellis resort and the village of Albanne, Lac de Pramol offers shimmering reflections of the imposing Croix des Têtes, France's highest limestone cliff. At the end of an easy hike, Lac de Pramol reveals a landscape perfect for relaxing, contemplation, family picnics, idyllic strolls, and even fishing! 

As you leave the resort, take the road on the left towards Lac de Pramol (large wooden sign). Park on the side of the road after the stream at the starting point of the Blanchon discovery trail.

Follow the discovery trail that heads into the forest towards the lake. The trail is regularly dotted with information panels about the local fauna and flora.

After about an hour's walk, you will reach Lac de Pramol where you can relax.

You can return via the same route or by following the road back down to the resort.
