Hiking - Puy Aillaud Lake

A beautiful journey above the valley, starting from the ski lifts of the Pelvoux resort.
The steady trail may seem a bit tough, but the reward is worth it, with an increasingly vast panorama. The lake, nestled in the hollow of the Rouya summit, gives the hike a more intimate character at the end.
Since the hike is mainly on a southern slope, it is better to start early on hot days and be sure to bring enough water.
