Hiking - The Green Lake
This easy walk in the heart of the Vallée Étroite, on the French-Italian border, will lead you to a small emerald-colored lake: the Green Lake.
The Green Lake amazes with its extraordinary transparency and emerald green color. Nestled in a larch forest, at the foot of the imposing “Rois Mages” peaks, this family-friendly walk allows you to discover the most Italian of French valleys: the Vallée Étroite. Although it became French after the Second World War, it has remained Italian at heart.
Park at the last parking lot in Granges de la Vallée Étroite (July and August 2 € / day / car).
