Hiking - Le moulin de la Fuolle
Starting from Malbouzon, on the Aubrac plateau, you will hike through a treeless landscape, dotted with springs and crisscrossed by small streams. In winter, nothing obstructs the north wind, the 'écir', which creates snowdrifts. In spring, the meadows are very rich and home to flora that blends alpine plants with those of peat bogs: it is the realm of the Aubrac cows grazing in the summer pastures.
