Hiking - Le roc des Cabres
A hike that combines the typical landscapes of the Aubrac plateau and local heritage.
Leave the lively village of Laguiole for a hike of a good duration for experienced walkers, combining beautiful viewpoints and interesting architectural heritage as you pass through hamlets and farms with typical Aubrac plateau architecture. While you climb at the start of the hike, you will descend back towards the village of Laguiole via the Pont de Pigasse, a famous bridge of basaltic columns that once carried a Roman road.
Yellow and red waymarking (GR de Pays du Tour des Monts d'Aubrac) from the start until the hamlet Le Séguis, then yellow waymarking until the end.
