Hiking - The Fabriques Trail

To prevent them: wear long-sleeved tops and trousers, use insect repellent, check your body after the hike, and remove any ticks with a tick remover tool (do not apply any products to the tick). Consult a doctor if a rash appears, you experience flu-like symptoms, or you are in a high-risk group.
