Hiking - Le Tour du Pays de Cunlhat en Livradois

This route is designed for experienced hikers due to the distance involved, requiring a full day or a half-day for those opting for the “trail” mode. The hike begins in the typical village of Cunlhat, then traverses characteristic hamlets and woodlands of the Livradois. The forests are home to magnificent ancient beech groves and conifers, amidst which pleasant grassy paths wind. This circuit offers a pervasive built heritage. Thus, a bread oven, crosses, wells and beautiful granite and local stone buildings punctuate the walk.
