Hiking - Le tour du Queyrellin
This large loop connecting the Col du Chardonnet to the Col des Béraudes below the Tête de Cassille allows you to discover the remains of the Chardonnet mines while enjoying an incredible view of the Écrins massif, finishing at the Lac des Béraudes.
In June, some high-altitude passes are still difficult to access and are therefore strongly discouraged: make sure to check their snow conditions before setting out.
The route connecting the Col du Chardonnet to the Col des Béraudes involves crossing a vast steep scree under the Tête de Cassille. The trail is narrow and exposed, so watch out for falling rocks. The Col des Béraudes is equipped with a cable passage.
In the Clarée valley, dogs must be kept on a leash on all trails to protect wildlife and to coexist safely with livestock guardian dogs.
