Hiking - Les Abiouradous
A hike that offers beautiful views of the village of Laguiole and the Aubrac pastures throughout the route, with a short forest section where the beech trees will provide a shaded break!
Starting from the village of Laguiole, famous for its knife, but also for its Laguiole AOP cheese, this hike quickly allows you to leave the village and appreciate the calm and tranquility of the beautiful landscapes in the heart of the Aubrac Plateau. You will gain some elevation; after climbing a few kilometers, admire pastures, dry stone walls, burons, and especially Aubrac cows with their 'kohled' eyes on both sides. Part of the hike will take you through the Bois de Laguiole, and at its exit, you can enjoy a splendid view.
Double waymarking: Red and yellow waymarking from points 1 to 5, and yellow from 5 for the return journey.
