Hiking - Godemard Streams - Tarentaise No. 3
A woodland trail that lets you discover the area's rich network of waterways. Pleasant and cool, it follows small, quiet paths.
• Start from the hamlet of Godemard; park along the flat part of the road. Follow the road towards Prarouet to Le Châtelard.
• Take the path on the left to the old tennis court and pass to the left of the court.
• Go down the small path to the Balay road, walk up the forest road for about 200m, then take the small path on the left.
• Climb up to the Furan river (it is possible to join Le Bessat loop 3, via the Aqueduc des Sources, 50m above) and cross the ford at the Tournon sawmill.
• Return via the road through the hamlet of Les Palais.
• Start from the hamlet of Godemard; park along the flat part of the road. Follow the road towards Prarouet to Le Châtelard.

- Some routes cross busy roads: Please be careful
- Keep dogs on a lead
- Do not light fires
- Take all your rubbish home with you
- Admire the flowers, but do not pick them.
- Tick bites can cause serious illnesses; for prevention: wear long clothing, use repellent, check yourself over on your return, remove any ticks with a tick remover tool without applying anything to them, and see a doctor if redness or flu-like symptoms appear, or if you are in a high-risk group.
