The hike starts from « AUMESSAS », direction « ST GEORGES » via « Vernes ». An out-and-back to the old hamlet is recommended.
Then continue to « LES VERNÈDES » via « Roques Longues ».
At « LES VERNÈDES » head towards « Sous la Luzette » then « Sous le col des Portes » to reach « PANORAMA DES MOLIERES ».
Then return to « LES VERNÈDES » via « Les Molières ».
Finally, return directly to « AUMESSAS » via « Roques Longues », following the Rau d’Albagne river.
