Hiking - Nobles logis (Rémalard - short loop)

Starting from the superb Saint-Germain-d'Auxerre church in Rémalard (a listed historical monument), take time to leave the village and enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside on a peaceful loop walk.
This loop takes you along small paths through the Rémalard countryside.
You can make a detour to the motte-and-bailey castle of Le Châtellier, built in 1078 by William the Conqueror.
Also take time to stroll through Rémalard, the village where Octave Mirbeau grew up.

In spring, vegetation is often dense and grasses can grow quickly. As this circuit sometimes crosses fields, it is recommended to wear trousers and to check yourself for ticks upon returning home.
