Hiking - Pic du Lac Blanc

A route through a rocky landscape, where you will discover a series of unmissable lakes in the Clarée valley before reaching a magnificent rocky ridge overlooking Lac Blanc. The summit is an almost "3000-meter peak" offering a breathtaking view over numerous mountain ranges.
The first part of the hike is very popular in summer, which leads to damage to the vegetation along the trail. We ask that you stay on the main path.

In the Clarée valley, dogs must be kept on a leash on all trails to protect local wildlife and to ensure peaceful coexistence with livestock guardian dogs. Please be sure to respect this rule, especially above Ricou where there are many marmots.

The final meters between the pass and the Pic du Lac Blanc summit require some skill: you will need to cross large boulders. Extra care is recommended.
