Start in front of the town hall on Rue du Grand Jardin. At the well, turn right onto Rue du Fournil. At the corner of the cemetery, turn right onto Rue du Repos, then cross the road at the end. Continue on the dirt path, cross the river and climb up to the hamlet of Le Bajard. Follow the road, keeping right until the paved section ends at Granay, then take the uphill path on your right. A long climb is followed by a descent to the Croix du Cerisiers. At the crossroads, take the uphill path straight ahead to Neufond (picnic table). At the highest point of the route, known as “le Sud”, begin the descent to the Arbre à Jacques (a pine tree at a crossroads with a picnic table). Continue straight ahead to the Madone and then descend to the village.

At the Croix du Cerisiers, take the path slightly to your right on a very gentle incline to the hamlet of Ban. Follow the road to the right and, after the first bend, take the uphill path on the left to the Arbre à Jacques (a pine tree at a crossroads with a picnic table). Continue straight ahead to the Madone and then descend to the village.
