Walking - Dambrai Wood Loop

This peaceful hike follows public paths through private woods (please stay on the marked path). This walk, predominantly through woodland, also skirts the woodland edges and is ideal in warm weather. Avoid on hunting days.

After starting near La Mare manor, the route crosses Dambrai Wood diagonally, passing through beautiful mature woodlands, to emerge onto the departmental road, near the charming and intimate hamlet of Courthioust. Then the path follows the edge of the wood to return to the starting point.

Park carefully on the left side of the road, before or after the start sign for the hike.
